Who We Are
Partnership for Health is a community coalition focused on improving health in Henderson County, North Carolina. Together, we support collective impact efforts around community health priorities including those of the most recent Community Health Assessment. We are committed to approaching our work through the lens of diversity, equity and inclusion. In doing so, we utilize data to assess, identify and prioritize health needs in Henderson County. We then incorporate the "voice of the community" in planning and implementing strategies to address barriers impacting optimal health for all.
Our vision is for Henderson County to be a healthy community to live, work and play.
