  • Scorecard Interest: If you are interested in a Clear Impact Scorecard account, please let me know. If you are unsure what it is, or how it could help, take a look at the 2021 CHIP (2024 CHIP is out yet). Link to 2021 CHIP in Scorecard: https://embed.clearimpact.com/Scorecard/Embed/76150

From what I understand, we will need to share how your agency supports one or more of the 2024 Health Priorities (Mental Health, Housing, Chronic Disease).  We will be able to link your scorecard data to the 2024 CHIP. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns. 😊

  • PFH Microsoft Shared Folder:

A space for PFH members to access meeting agenda, minutes, handouts, action team information, and share information with other PFH members.  Everyone should have received an email from Microsoft shared files with access to the Partnership for Health Shared Folder. Let me know if you need assistance or don’t have access.

  • Something to Share in the PFH Friday Highlights? If you have resources and information to be included in the PFH Friday Highlights, please send that information to Juliana by Thursday EOB. (feel free to include a good joke/meme—it’s the small things in life ya know) Information, flyers, etc. can be shared in the Partnership for Health Shared File/Folder, sub folder Partner Share Folder at any time.

With kindness,
